Atari Dogs Posted June 2, 2004 Share Posted June 2, 2004 I am having problems with my stelladaptor. It works fine going right, left, and the upward directions, but when I go downward the fire button is activated along with going that way. The fire button works fine by itself. Eckhard Stolberg Posted June 2, 2004 Share Posted June 2, 2004 What controller are you using with your Stelladaptor? The Stelladaptor tries to autodetect paddles and standard joysticks. So, if you are using a joystick with more than one fire button or some other extra functions, that might cause problems. joesmooth Posted June 4, 2004 Share Posted June 4, 2004 It sounds like the auto-detect functionality of the Stelladaptor is not properly identifying the controller you have attached as a joystick controller.
