I actually considered putting in something similar as an easteregg, but then realized that the way I was drawing the players (updating the gfx every other scanline, instead of every scanline like the original) meant I couldn't quite get the shape the same as the original (at least without exploding the thing to twice the size, which is kind of how my Pterry worked...)
