Sharky Posted September 8, 2004 Share Posted September 8, 2004 Hi, I wanna play Ultima II with AtariWinPlus, but everytime I get to a point where it asks to insert PLAYER disk, so I change disk images and yet nothing after that happens. Is there a speical key im suppose to press after "inserting the disk"? I get to this point (see screenshot below), after the Title screen, I press P to play a game of Ultima, until this message appears everything appears to lock up . Goochman Posted September 8, 2004 Share Posted September 8, 2004 I cant see the gif image but Im 99% sure of the problem - With all the Ultima games you need to first make a copy of the 'Player Master' disk (in your case copy the .atr file). On the first menu options you need to 'Create' a new player (some option like that) - You ten put your Player Disk copy into the drive and it will initialize for a new start You should be ready.
