atarimastermarty
Does everyone agree with the rarity guid that Motorodeo should be a 10. I dont, I think it should be a 8 or 9 (leaning towards 9) but not a 10. just figured id mention this.
Tempest
The PAL version is a 8 or so in my book, but the NTSC version is ultra rare. Definetly a 10, a 9.5 at the lowest. Tempest
Ze_ro
It's too bad this game is so rare... it's an awesome game! It's pretty much Excitebike for the Atari. Too bad my chances of ever finding it without paying hundreds of dollars for it are effectively zero --Zero
Tempest
I'm lucky to have a NTSC prototype of it (Motorodeo Prototype) . It's a good game, but it's really hard. My prototype differs from the released version somehow, but I haven't figured out how yet since I'm not that good at it. Also note that my prototype doesn't use the SARA RAM chip. I have no idea how the prototype gets away without having to use the extra RAM (anyone have a clue?). Better yet, anyone have Steve DeFrisco's E-mail address? Blackjax
I say it's a 9 for one reason only I've seen one! it's not mine, but I actually have seen one that my friend owns except for a few protos, I've never even laid eyes on a 10 rarity... (although that doesn't mean I haven't seen a perfect 10 - i'm dating one in my opinion! )
mos6507
It's rare alright. And the one I donated to the AtariAge auction has got to be the rarest of the rare, because it has the accidental reversed endlabel. I wonder how many are like that? I didn't do that, it's the way it came out of the factory. Sorta like the Pole Positn goofup! Bid now! Signed NTSC Motorodeo
