King Atari Posted November 4, 2001 Share Posted November 4, 2001 I just won a 2600 Jr. off of ebay. It comes with a joystick and "Sneek n' Peek". My question is, did the 2600 jr. have a cord extending from the back that hooked into the RF switch box like the original did, or did it have a removable cord like the 7800? I'm watching it because I'm sitting here at work (yes, work!) So the local Fox station is one I can get reasonably well, so I'm watching the game in the background. I have a TV on my desk because I'm doing PS2 development. This game is almost over, so I'll have to find something else to watch, like MAD TV. I've always thought the older ones with the woodgrain looked better... for some reason "modern" and "Atari" don't seem right together. It would be like having different case colors or a Pikachu edition or something... just eerie. Of course, the thing is still cool... I mean, it plays all the games, right? I have to admit though, that I hate baseball. I never understood the appeal of it, I never enjoyed playing it, and the obscene player salaries piss me off (Though that can be said of almost any sport).
