ROOP Posted November 3, 2004 Share Posted November 3, 2004 hello can anyone help me on this? - i have a standard 520 stfm which works fine for the first few minutes of power up - and then when i access the disk drive after about 5 minutes of turning it on - the screen "dimms" to the sound of the disk drive accessing - in fact after about 10 minutes the disk drive cannont be accessed at all ( and i get the error message ) - it's as though there isn't enough power getting to it - i've changed the drive and it isn't that - so i assume it's the power supply - can anyone help me as to what could be the faulty component on the PSU? i know these are an atari issue! - also what is the common fault for a dead PSU? thanks Roop Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
