I want to read the contents of both chips with an EPROM burner. I setup the EPROM burner as if I were to read the contents of a 8K EPROM (27C64). I'm clear about the Data and Address lines connections, but what about OE (Output Enable) and CE (Chip Enable)? Should I connect both lines to pin 20 (/S4, /S5) of the ROM in order to be able to read its contents? Regards PS: I read about 2600 carts using A12 as an Output Enable...
