Anyone know anything about the Amiga CD32?

Unfortunately I have no clue. What is a Powershot cable?

The CD-32 should work as a CD-audio player with normal CD's. You don't need a display to try out this function. If it works then your video cables or connection to screen may be wrong.

Or perhaps your monitor cannot go down to the frequencies Amiga used in the old days...

Haha.. that'd be pretty crappy huh? Old systems not compatible with future TV's (at all) man... good thing I got me 87' colortrak in the other room ;) P

I've never owned a CD32 and have always wanted one....almost won one several times for over the $100 mark with a few games or mags.. but always got outbid. Too pricey for me to try out and the games seem to be a mutha to get a hold of... overseas only for the most part (or so it appears to be on ebay)
