Atari Charles
LOL Can't allow that entry, Charles. Here's one for your collection, btw: http://www.atarimania.com/zoom_frame.php?T...amp;NUM_IMAGE=0 A Taiwan Bodoni. Quite rare. Well wouldn't this version if Bi! Bi! be considered vapourware? Rom Hunter
Charles, Please don't spoil this thread with your hacks & homebrew stuff anymore. The discovery of Zoo Fun deserves some clear attention. Edited February 29, 2008 by Rom Hunter
Rom Hunter
I'm now convinced that there's no such thing as a Suntek original: http://www.atarimania.com/lst_soft-MENU-2-...TEUR_ID-70.html All Suntek games were copies of (unreleased) Home Vision titles. Dragon Defender was shown on Home Vision's Repro Cart box: http://www.atarimania.com/zoom_frame.php?T...amp;NUM_IMAGE=2 Motocross contains a fancy Home Vision logo: Unknown Game 1 is most probably Home Vision's announced Treasure Discovery. Unknown Game 2 is most probably Home Vision's announced Play Farm. That leaves us with Ski Run, which is most probably a Home Vision original too (Skiing Game perhaps). Rom Hunter
Awesome sight, Marco. If you have time to make some pictures of the box front and back of Asteroid Belt, Bi! Bi!, Panda (Quest), Ski Run and Tom Boy, I would be very grateful. They've been missing from our database for many years now: http://www.atarimania.com/pgelstsoft.awp?system=2&type=G&publisher=70&step=200 BTW: which game is in the blank box? Edited August 19, 2020 by Rom Hunter
Marco
Thanks! I'll take those pics you're missing. In the black box is a Dragon Defender, the front and back of the box is like a Suntek box but without the Suntek logo, the sides are just black. Not sure what to make of it, it may be a pirate, or just somethnjg Suntek cooked up themselves towards the end of their Atari 2600 producing life. I'll take pics of that too.
Rom Hunter
Many thanks, Marco. BTW: is this one like your Dragon Defender box? http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-2600-vcs-dragon-defender_13308.html
Marco
That is it indeed! The thing is, I have two or three of these type of carts (no Suntek or SS-xxx serial number on label) in Suntek boxes. There must be some sort of mix-n-match connection...
