This version supports several new features, but one of the most important is the inclusion of sound support. Another new feature is the use of the VMU to display difficulty switches, as well as a cool Atari logo. You can download DCstella 0.2, as well as get all the details about what's changed in this release and what needs to be done, at the DCstella homepage.
