scandalon Posted March 4, 2002 Share Posted March 4, 2002 So I was playing Decathlon one night and it came to the Pole Vault event. I was doing better than I ever had before and pretty soon I broke the 6.0m height. The score that came back to me was all scrambled and after I completed the event, my total score so far was over 17000! I thought this was impossible cause it's hard enough to break 1000 on each individual event. I ended up with a total score of 19993... I grabbed my friends digital camera and took some pictures. It looks like I just exploited a bug in the game...it's too bad Activision doesn't offer the gold patches anymore. Anyone else seen this? Yes scandalon as far as I can imagine everyone that's in the "know" concerning Atari is aware of the pole vault bug...As far as continuously pressing the button makes you float more or less.
