Albert
If you're an arcade fan and will be in (or can get to) San Jose, California the weekend of August 6th and 7th, you'll want to check out the 2005 California Extreme Classic Arcade Games Show. The show, now in its 9th year, is taking place at the Parkside Hall of the San Jose Convention Center. Last year's show featured over 400 arcade games set to free play and you can expect a similar gathering of machines this year (a preliminary list can be viewed here). To learn more about this year's show, please visit the California Extreme website.

Albert
I went to this event in 2001 and 2002. Had a great time. 895086[/snapback] I'd love to get out there for the event some year. I can't even imagine having that many video arcade machines and pinball machines gathered together in the same room, all set to free play and in good working condition. I've been to a few events here in Texas (the Texas Pinball Festival and the Houston Area Arcade Group's Expo) and those events range between 75 to 150 or so machines. I think I'd be overwhelmed with 400+ machines on the floor, but I think I'd be able to handle it. ..Al
