Double Dragon label variations+rarity question

I know some of you are experts on the different labels on the same game, only released in different countries. So, tell me, is this correct for the different releases of Double Dragon?:

DD (U.S.)-Black & White 'special' label

DD (Europe)-Salu Black & White

DD (Australia)-picture label (same as box)

Is this right? Are there any other countries that use the black & white U.S. label?

ONE MORE THING... Does anyone else feel that the U.S. version of DD is rarer than a 4? The PAL version is definitely a 4 (or maybe even a 3), but the U.S. release hardly ever shows up on ebay (I've seen more Xenophobes!), and I've NEVER seen one in the wild. I check ebay pretty much every day for one. Anyone else feel the same way? Read the opening and closing paragraphs of Cloudmann's review!

So, what do you think?
