atarimind
Hello everyone, I was looking for a good Video Games book with some history and games background and would be interested in getting some recommendations. I have already read The Ultimate History of Video Games (Steven Kent), which I found pretty good. Now I am looking for more history around Atari, and how they came up with the different games. Any idea? Is ZAP a good book or is a waste of money? Also any recommendations on the below books/guides: Collecting Classic Video Games (Schiffer Book for Collectors (Hardcover)) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...=books&n=507846 Official Price Guide to Classic Video Games : Console, Arcade, and Handheld Games (Paperback) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...=books&n=507846 Digital Press Video Game Collector's Guide (Paperback) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...=books&n=507846 Amazon is selling the Digital Press Collector's Guide at $16.50! Anyone knows is there is a new revision coming. This price is pretty cheap. Let me know!
