swandy
I just got my FB2 from 8-bit Classics and love it. The new sticks are GREAT!!!! (Thanks to Curt and whoever else was involved with the design.) I have only been in to Atari collecting for about 4 months (reliving my younger days) and have tried to find replacement sticks that I was happy with (have a Slik Stik and a Tac 2) but both don't give me that "2600 feel". So, back to the original question. Lots of folks probably have most, if not all, of the games on the FB2. So how many people are getting them to get their hands on the new sticks? +Random Terrain
That's a good idea. If the joysticks are better than the originals as some have said, it would be smart to buy a few FB2s in case Atari dies again. If I had the money, I would buy about 100 of them. Brian R.
How do the inner workings of the new joysticks compare to the old ones? Is it substantially different?

Seem more responsive than the originals - atleast to my older hands.
Lord Helmet
The inner workings use the technology of modern gamepads. There are pics of one around here somewhere, burried in one of the FB2 threads. Edited September 16, 2005 by Lord Helmet
