Well, for US$1,000 it's easy to produce tons of professional 100% identical copies of these boxes. Might be worth it:)

Well I was the one that one the last one "Game I" and it was from the same buyer (well at least the same iSold it store in Algonquin, IL).

 

It was shirnkwrapped and I am not opening it either way.

 

I would hope it wasn't a repo cause that would give doubt on my copy

I have one or two of these from a couple years back that are also shrinkwrapped. I don't thionk its a repo. But I also believe that the thought of this possibility is why sites shouldn't have a 100% grade digital scan of rare items such as this.

As I said, I also think that they are legit. And you are right, some kind of lowres scan in jpeg should do it for them, at least for one-of-a-kinds...
