R.Cade
Also, I didn't significantly rewrite anything to do these. I essentially removed the extra overscan code. The games still output data in what would be the NTSC overscan area on the bottom, which won't be visible on a TV, probably. Will this cause any problems? What happens when you output data during the overscan area or in the first 37 lines? Pete
Omegamatrix
My Air Raid and Dumbo proto work perfectly on my NTSC television set. 987021[/snapback] Yeah, I'm not surprised you own both. I have two NTSC tvs as well. One rolls with PAL games, and the other does not. Have you ever dumped your Air Raid Wonder007? Is it the same rom as the one it the database? R.Cade
PAL carts don't roll at all on my cheap TV. However, the colors are all screwy.

R.Cade
Does "The Great Escape" 288-line version roll on anyone's TV? If Air Raid doesn't at 290, this one might be fine also.

sku_u
Here's a list of games I only have PAL roms of (at least I think they are since they roll). That doesn't mean NTSC versions don't exist (if they do, please post them). Air Raid Aotmafos Autorennen Base Attack Bi! Bi! Bingo Duck Shot Fire Birds Forest Mission 3000 AD Panda Chase Phantom Tank (CCE) Robot Fight Ski Hunt Spider Kong (Goliath) Spider Kong (Plain) Time Machine Time Race Time Race 2 Time Warp UFO Patrol Year 1999 Zoo Fun
uosipa llamxew
Out of curiousity, I ran each of the ROMs that sku_u listed through my Krokocart to see what results I would get. I don't have these ROMs to test: Aotmafos Autorennen Bingo Spider Kong (plain) Time Race Time Race 2 Time Machine These ROMs rolled on my tv: Base Attack BiBi Year 1999 Spider Kong (Goliath) Robot Fight Phantom Tank Mission 3000 Forest Fire Birds Duck Shoot These ROMs did not roll on my tv: (although, I noticed a little jitter in some of them) Air Raid Zoo Fun UFO Patrol Time Warp Ski Hunt Panda Chase

Which came first only Clonespy can tell: Autorennen - Grand Prix Bi! Bi! - Scuba Diver Fire Birds - Assault Phantom Tank (CCE) - Tanks But No Tanks Time Race 2 / UFO Patrol - Time Warp (Zellers) Mission 3000 has been done. I think Panda Chase is related to Zoo Fun, but they look completely different. Trying to figure out all the Pac-Kongs & Spider Kongs makes my head hurt. I don't have roms for Aotmatos, Bingo, and the Year 1999. Can someone post them?

sku_u
1) Mission 3000AD 2) Phantom Tank Do you own CCE versions of these carts? I own CCE carts of both of these, but when I had them dumped and tried to run them through my CC2, both rolled. I cannot run clonespy so I don't know what the scanline #s are on each of them, but given that I cannot get them to work on any TVs that don't have vertical hold, I assume they are closer to PAL than they are to NTSC. Omegamatrix
Here's Astrowar. I found a copy of UFO Patrol that's 269 lines. Looks like Time Warp by Zellers to me. The Zellers Time Warp in the AA database is PAL. I think Time Warp = Time Race 2 = UFO Patrol. I'm not sure. this one is NTSC. Just use "-n" when launching it to see the scanline count. Pete

Omegamatrix
Atomatos is a hack of Outlaw, and I couldn't get the Year 1999 to do anything. My computer showed a black screen, and kept telling me to buzz off.

R.Cade
Also, the Year 1999 I have is a PAL (312 lines) rom. Looks exactly like Condor Attack (and other clones). Says "Suntek" on the bottom of the screen.
