I think I'm hosed on this deal...thoughts?

I'm not out hardly any money at all. And while I did see that payment had to be made withing 7 days of auction close, I wasn't able to get back to this and actually pay via PayPal until the 27th.

 

Anyway, I only got the initial notification of the winning auction details, and paypal payment request. Plus my receipt for paying.

 

In any event, I have heard nothing from the seller at all. And then I look today...and I see what I didn't want to see. Anyway, the link below is to the auction have a look see and tell me your opinions on this. I fear that due to what he was also selling mostly of besides this video card...that he got into some trouble. Otherwise his one and only negative couldn't have been the reason as it was some time back.

There is still hope but I think you may be right. I did have one seller complete a sale after he was NARU'd and he was very friendly and professional about it. I actually felt bad that I couldn't leave him a good feedback.

Nothing on their account looks bad, fair feedback and just 2 bid retractions. If they had like 3 or 4 more bid retractions, that might have done it.

 

I bought a game off this looser for my nephew for Christmas, and needless to say that I didn't get it.

I am going to the post office and see what I can do about starting a postal mail fraud charge. If I can do that, I may e-mail the rest of the bidders and try to get them to do the same.
