PacManPlus Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 (edited) Hi All: I have a TI 27PC512... I think it's an EEPROM.... Question is, how do I erase the thing? It has no window, but in the Pocket Programmer II the 'Erase' button doesn't show up. I was able to reprogram it with all '00', but I can't reprogram it to all 'FF' (which is blank). does anyone know how to tackle this thing? Richard H. Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 It's a OTP (One Time Programmable) EPROM, which means it can only be written to once and cannot be erased. It's a cheaper version of a normal 'windowed' EPROM. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
