elviticus
How about a gameboy SP and Activision Anthology and maybe Atari Anniversary? - you'll save about $100 and it will be more portable too!
Vic George 2K3
Some caveats: Activision Anthology doesn't have all the Activision-made games for the 2600, nor does it have all the ones that appeared on the Playstation 2 version like the Imagic-made games. Atari Anniversary only has adaptations of the Atari-made arcade games; no Atari-made 2600 games are included.
ntavio
If you go to www.benheck.com and then click on forums, you may be able to find someone. Good luck.
BrianC
Some caveats: Activision Anthology doesn't have all the Activision-made games for the 2600, nor does it have all the ones that appeared on the Playstation 2 version like the Imagic-made games. Atari Anniversary only has adaptations of the Atari-made arcade games; no Atari-made 2600 games are included. Activision Anthology GBA does have most of the Activision made games, most of the Absolute Entertainment 2600 games, some activision prototypes, and some excellent homebrews in it, though. About the only Activision games missing from it are lincensed ones like Ghostbusters, Double Dragon, and Commando. Despite the lack of Imagic games, it actually has more games than the PS2 version. Some games don't run at full speed in the GBA collection, but they are still playable. I like how the collection makes compsation for the controls of some games by providing extra controls with the L/R triggers. It's very helpful with Decathlon. Yeah, as said before, Atari Anniversary has no 2600 games. The arcade ports in it are very nice, though. It's definatly recommended for Tempest on the go. jferio
The other option that hasn't been discussed, and I only know about it through research, would be a PDA with WindowsCE and the WinCE compile of Stella. All the ROMs should work with it.
