If you email him or win the auction he will want you to pay via Westerm Union, and if you send the money that will be the last time you ever hear from them. The eBay account is hijacked, too. Report it to eBay, they'll end the auctions, scammer will start them right back up under someone else's phished account. Users have to report them before eBay will act: as simple as it would be, eBay refuses to find and eliminate these themselves because that would set a precedent of them assuming responsibility for them and thus also for those they miss or don't get to before newbies get scammed...
