keilbaca
Ha , Ha , Ha...Very Funny... I'm Looking For An Answer No, as the supercharger has 3 2k banks of rom, no cart exists like that. Rabbit Transit was completely reprogrammed to cartridge.
+batari
Ha , Ha , Ha...Very Funny... I'm Looking For An Answer Was discussed here: http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73088 Can SC games be converted to another bankswitching scheme? Yes. But there is no commercially available standalone cart for SC games, converted or not... yet. But there may be soon. Nukey Shay
The bankswitching scheme is the least of your worries. The fact that the entire cartridge rom area can be treated as ram is the biggest hurdle...since these writes can exist at any point in the programs - affecting any memory location. The "What For"? Dept.: Emluation already allows you to enjoy these titles. If you are a purist, you should just spend the 20 odd bucks and pick up the actual Supercharger hardware that shows up on Ebay occasionally (or place a WTB post here at AA)
