dr. kwack Posted June 16, 2006 Share Posted June 16, 2006 I'm using MAME for Windows and recently ran into some problems. I let a friend use MAME on my computer and when he was done some things were messed up. I can no longer press Tab to bring up the menu for game control/difficulty settings. Some of the games (like Dig Dug) are displayed sideways. What can I do to fix this? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Blackjack Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 You can get your TAB menu back by deleting the mame.ini file (I think thats the one, back it up just in case). Mame will create a new one upon restarting it and all should be back to normal. You can fix the screen flip by right clicking on the game and choosing properties, then choosing the "display" tab, and you'll see some screen flipping options.
