jboypacman
I was reading the hardware guide for the 5200 2-port and it says that Pitfall! and Mountain King are not compatible with some 2-ports.And i have heard that K-Razy Shoot-Out is also not compatible with 5200 2-ports as well. 1)Are Pitfall! and Mountain King compatible with any 5200 2-port? and 2)Is K-Razy Shoot-Out not compatible with 5200 2-ports? I have a 2-port and i was wondering if there was anyway i could tell if mine would have any problems with these games.Any help would be great.Thanks. +Mitch
Yes, the majority of 2ports have compatibility issues with those three games due to the revised BIOS used in them. The only way to tell, short of trying one of those games, is to open up your 5200 and see if you have the revised Rev A BIOS or the original. +FujiSkunk
If you have something programmable like the 128-in-1 flash cart, search the forums for the "fixed" versions of these games that will play on a 2-port 5200.
