Gury
possibly not an Atari forum? (okay - actually I can see the logic to asking here - just messing around there ) could try asking around on www.lemon64.com i suppose? I am afraid it's not possible right now, Lemon has some technical problems. Then Commodore 64 people know where to go...
tjlazer
I have a C64C with 1541C drive I was thinking of selling. Its the newer ones that are cream colored. I can also include games on disk. How much you willing to spend?
tjb
I want to buy a Cmmodore 64 with games, F... ebay, where can I go I would recommend 4 Jays: http://www.4jays.com/. I have had good experience with them. I purchased a Commodore 128D from them a while back. For software I would also recommend Centsible Software: http://www.centsible.com/ They seem to have some items not easily obtainable elsewhere. There are others but those two I can speak of from experience. I recommend you steer clear of Click Here Software: http://cmdrkey.com/ The guy who runs it evidently has done some great work in the Commodore world in the past and he sells some great devices but he also ripped me off. Your mileage may vary but at least you've been warned. Good luck. -tjb

Fröhn
Lemon64 is back online. Also, I'd recommend getting GameBase64 and a transfer cable.
Flack
I actually gave one away last weekend at OVGE, and forum member SteveW won it! I would be surprised if you couldn't dig one up through a little thrifting -- I have around a dozen systems and drives out in the garage I've picked up around town for around five bucks each. kevin242
I want to buy a Cmmodore 64 with games, F... ebay, where can I go If you havent picked up the 64 yet. Let me recommend the 128. They hardly cost any more and they pretty cool 8bit computers (for a commie) also they have 64 mode where they can run all the c64 stuff. Paranoid
America's Cup will not run on a C=128 with the C-128 disk drive (not a 1541... it was a DSDD drive that would read CP/M format disks, too. Forgot the model number) 1571? And probably some other titles as well. I ended up buying a C-64 and a 1541 because there actually were a lot of titles that wouldn't load right from original disks on the C-128 because of protection schemes.
