anyone happen to remember in the 80's a space shooter thar resembled

 

Star Strike by m-network.

I would have to think that must be it (20+ years can fog the memory a bit )

 

 

did a little more search on space encounters and found this

and that jogs the memory a bit as the cab I played it on

 

Would love to come across a couple of them someday!!

I have not thought of this game in ages.

 

When I was in Junior High, I designed a handheld game based on this game, I liked it so much.......
