Lord-Chaos
There is a site , http://remix.kwed.org/ , which has tons of remixes of C64 SID music (as MP3s). Is there something similar for POKEY music? Some of the games do also exist for the C64, there are many International Karate remixes, but there are some games unique to the ATARI. I'd be interested in remakes of the Alternate Reality tunes, although the 2 games do also exist for the C64. LC P.S. : The site once had a rather good remix of the "Draconus" title, the XL version, the C64 tune is a little bit different, but I think it's gone, it didn't survive a massive crash 2 years ago or so. Once I made a remix of Draconus, which used to be at the RKO website, so perhaps you're talking about my tune :-) I have it in the original (.it) format, but could encode to mp3 if you're interested. Thank goodness I downloaded it before the site went down for some time and I still have it. But for those who are new to remix.kwed it would be interesting, because it's no longer on the site and it's a very good remake of the XL tune. Draconus is one of the games where the XL sound is actually better 8in my opinion). Too bad that they did not use higher resolution graphics, with DLI and player overlays, the C64 Draconus graphics could be done on the XL.
