I got the Atari 2600

Today I got the atari. going home with 120 in my wallet (christmas money) we parked in the lotb that contained GAMEOVER in the rows. this place sold all retro. also the people knew everything there was to know about anything retro. Right in front was the huge shelf containing 100 or so games. as i checked my list, a clerk id know for a year or so asked if we were looking for anything inperticular. my excitment boiled up as i told him atari 2600 and he showed me 2 models in the display case a dar

The beginning

im retro ruler. i love atari yet im not even a teen. the weird thing is my favorite console is atari 2600 yet ive never got around to buying one. well on saturday i am and i just wanted to make a log of my first console expierience with atari vcs/2600. i go to gameover that sells 2 types of 2600s , has a display case and a whole segment of the store dedicated to 2600 games.! it even has a dozen or so boxed ones on top usally.
