Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (part 2)

I sat down and played the first part of the game. I don't remember the original all that well, but I think it's a lot like that one. And it's hard. You need to blind the ghosts (the game says stun) before you can suck them up. And there's a health meter, which I don't know why it was added, and I don't know what happens when it gets to 0. Start the game over again? OK, my health right now is 75, but it was as low as 35. Those stupid ghosts sure can pack a punch. They don't care how flawed the game design is. At least there's a joystick to the 3DS. After about a ten-minute animated intro (perhaps longer), I got the stupid key from the mouse, entered the door, got into the garage, got the Poltergust, and defeated 1-1. I don't know if there's bosses yet, and I don't want to play it any more today because I have a stupid eye ache. So I spent 40 minutes with the game so far. This game need a player's guide!

The original game had a training area, maybe this one does too.

GB & DS gamemakers are between a rock & a hard place when it comes to instructions. ROM storage costs so they can't put much in the game itself, but there isn't much space in the case either. Not only is the case small, but Nintendo adds in some required pages and then you have to handle multiple languages.
