Alien Crush

I finally found a Turbo-Grafx game I like. It's Alien Crush. I got this in the mail today and really enjoyed my first time playing it. It's my favorite TG-16 game so far. I got Alien Crush because Devil's Crush was way more expensive. I guess since it's a better game, but I am happy and fine with Alien Crush. I like pinball games, so it's a good fit for me. It is kind of gruesome with all the different weird aliens, but in a way that I like. I bought a golf game for the TG-16, so that's next. And along with Victory Run which I got earlier this week, my total number of TG-16 games is 5. I once had Splatterhouse, but I sold it because I got out of the TG-16 for a while. Oh well, it might have funded something I really like. Who knows? I changed my avatar to the TG-16 logo on the jewel case covers. I don't know why it had yellow on it, so I erased the yellow parts so it would look just like the one on the manual covers. Am getting in a Christmas mood lately. I don't know why. I found the Politically Correct Holiday Stories book, I guess that has a lot to do with it. So anyway, I found the Christmas joke book I'd been working on and then forgot about. I decided to work on it again. I am going to have it ready by Christmas. It will go well with the "X-mas Songbook 1999" I found which has parodies of Christmas carols in it. I've been writing Christmas jokes and listening to Christmas music. Which is odd because my favorite holiday is Halloween.

I never had the real hardware, but Alien Crush blew me away and is a favorite! It is so "Alien, Aliens" movie monster. I think they call that Giger-esque because the Alien monster is based on Giger's artwork?

Devil's Crush is the sequel to Alien Crush.

And if you really love pinball like I do, both real and video game pinball, there is a Japanese-only sequel to those first two "Crush" games Jaki Crush on Super Famicon, then Dragon's Revenge on Sega Genesis (haven't played that), and finally in 2008 a return to the weird Alien Crush original updated on WiiWare Alien Crush Returns (I did play that in emulation).
