2 months, 5 minutes
So I started work on the Celery Show on January 19. Here it is almost 2 months later, and I'm five minutes into the episode. If I keep going at my current rate, I will be done with the episode sometime late next month. I would like it to be about 7 and a half minutes long. I originally aimed for 11 minutes, but decided I couldn't do that because of the size limit of 32k. If I had 64k to work with, I might have been able to do it. So why don't I make a 64k cart? I might as well tell you now. Label contest. Not that this is going to be released by anyone, I'll just order 2 copies of the game from the AtariAge store. I'll get one and the winner of the label contest will get the other one. Think of it as paying someone to make a good label for my game I want released on a cartridge. And please, don't use the Atari 2600 Label Making website. I don't want one to look like that. I actually hate that design. I want it to be free of any form so the artist can do whatever he (or she) wants to do. And if nobody will submit one, which probably will happen, (or if I don't like any of the submissions enough, it depends on how many I'll get), I'll just order one and use my crappy one I just made for myself. Perhaps I'll talk to Packrat Games and see if he wants to publish it.
