A few days after vowing never to work on anything ever again, I decided to attempt to fix what was wrong once and for all in my Game Gear game. Sadly, it didn't happen and I had to ask for help. But what I did do was return to work on Lowercase I for the Odyssey 2. It had been about a month since I last worked on it, so I was unfamiliar with the code I had made. But I eventually added on to it, making a screen after the H bombing one. I made a big wall that the i needs to get over so he can continue his quest. Just adding a simple wall took about 2 hours to complete. At first, nothing was showing up, but then I made it show up, but it flickered if you ran into it on a real Odyssey 2. And even that was hard because my Odyssey 2 decided to quit working for some reason. I kept unplugging and plugging the power cord back in, and it took about 5 times of doing this to finally make it work again. But eventually I made it not flicker if you ran into it. I'm only 8 screens in and I've used up about 3k. I guess I'm going to have to make this an 8k game instead of a 4k game like I was planning on doing. I want the game to be long enough to complete in one sitting, like Adventure for the 2600. I've never played Adventure though, besides the research for making Alien Greed 4. And even then, I didn't really play it that much. How long does it take to complete Adventure? Thoughts?
