One eraser
I was so angry last night. As it turns out, I was coding just fine, so the problem I was experiencing was with the Jaguar emulator, not my stupid game. I told Virtual Jaguar to make the arrow keys be the D-Pad, but it ignored me. As a last resort, I pressed the A key and Stickman moved left! It was working after all! But why was Virtual Jaguar ignoring me when I clearly told it to use the arrow keys and NOT four letter keys? This night of coding went much better. I now have an eraser in the game. This didn't take very long to do compared to the other stuff. Tonight's goal of getting an eraser to show up in the game was reached early. And I can control the speed and direction of the eraser if I felt like it. But for right now, it's just moving up and down. I don't know how many erasers to have in the final version. There won't be very many though unless I change their size, but I don't want to because the erasers look nice. They looked even nicer bigger, but they were too big, so I made them smaller. Judging from the Doger code I am going to have to re-add the eraser code part in rapinit.s multiple times for multiple erasers. Seems wasteful, but oh well. But the good thing is, I didn't get mad tonight, so that's a bonus.
