Henry the fourth
So there was an urge to plug in my ol' game.com to see if it still worked or not. The cable was a little wonky and it took a few tries, but I got it working. I tried to play the Lost World, but I couldn't figure it out. So I switched to HENrY. This game consists of matching tiles to try to match. It shows you a tile, and then you have to try to guess where the tile (called "clue") is on a board of 16 tiles. It's you vs. the computer (like you have a friend who's interested in playing the game.com!) But there's a catch. The board of 16 tiles is formed into a square. You must get four tiles in a row to win.
Not the way I would have programmed it (I would have gone the route of who gets the most matches, which is what I thought I was doing at first, until I accidentally got four in a row before the computer did and won.) So it's a combination of Tic-Tac-Toe and Concentration (and perhaps Guess Who?). Surprisingly this turns out to be one of the more fun games of the (small) game.com library. I still think my favorites though are Scrabble and Tiger Casino, if I'm not in the mood to think hard like you must in Scrabble. So I beat Henry. Good for me.
