1 On 1 Basketball
Here's another Odyssey² doodle. This one however is fully playable as a game. I call it "1 on 1 Basketball." I even made a webpage for it. I gave up on it, but I was still bored so I decided to try to see if I could fix it. I think I fixed the problem. The problem was when player 1 touched a dead ball and player 2 pressed his action button, player 1 got the ball, and vice versa. At a dead ball, I wanted player 1 to touch the ball and press his action button to recover it. Also, I wanted player 2 to be able to steal the ball if player 1 had possession and player 2 touched the ball and pressed the action button. It was at the point where if player 2 did so, he would immediately then shoot the ball. I think both these problems have been fixed.
The only drawback to my game is that it's 2 player only. I have no idea how to program AI, much less for a way less sophisticated console like the Odyssey². Not only that, I only have about 500 bytes left. I went to sleep after fixing my game and woke up about 45 minutes ago. It's quite windy today. Almost all the snow has melted away. I still worry about the sun. The sun is a star. Stars explode when they get old enough. I'm worried the sun will supernova and explode and all life on earth will die. It's going to happen eventually. Although if I die, I wouldn't be around to worry about it any more. But it would be awfully dark for a while before everything dies. And then there would be no point for the universe to exist because there'd be no life in it. I think I just disproved every religion.
