Good News and Bad News
I went to Value Village earlier, and the bad news is the same stupid 2600 games were there. The good news is that there weren't as many of the stupid 2600 games, so someone must be buying them. And that's good news because people might be inclined to drop off their games if people are seeing them being sold. All that was there this time were 2 missile commands, 2 defenders and an Activision Tennis with missing end label (Yeah, I know it's all 1 label, but the end was torn off for some reason.) Then, I went to K-Mart, and no luck with GBA games (no Dark Light or Ghost Rider), but I did get a DS game which I thought would be a train set, but on further review is actually like Sim City for trains. (Lionel Trains: On Track). Seeing as how I haven't seen this game anywhere else in my travels around this town, it'll probably be rare 20 years from now.
And, we got our niece a GBA for Valentine's Day along with Teen Titans and Disney Princesses. As it turns out, my sister's boyfriend likes the Teen Titans game more and once played it for 4 hours straight. Well, anyway, the GBA is pink, and there seems to be no shortage of GBA games for little girls (like Dora, Strawberry Shortcake, Hello Kitty, etc.)
Well, anyway, Happy President's Day!
