Oh... while we actually don't hate them, we're no big Modern Talking fans either, and they sure are no influence. I rather thought it probably shows a bit that we're both die hard Erasure fans, though my brother isn't really copying them. We just love happy-go-lucky 80's style electronic popsongs

Thanks! The german lyrics are actually a lot better than the english, which is kinda my fault. He asked me weeks ago to write some proper lyrics for the song, but I didn't manage to deliver, so he just went with what he had

It just might be better - a number of my relatives(in their 20s, early 30s) prefer 80s music over 90s(when they were "there"). During the 90s I didn't find many new groups I like, but lately that's been changing. A recent mix-CD I made has The Bravery, BT, Coldplay, Dirty Vegas, Fischerspoon, Gorillaz, Hooverphonic, Ladytron and Scissor Sisters on it.

A bit jumping on the bandwagon, but still pretty cool. Hehe, when I first zapped into it in the radio I thought they unearthed a new Freddy Mercury number, but this Mika guy just mimics Freddys voice in the middle section
