For the last few days, mostly nothing. I've ordered a few Lynx games and an Atari 2600 game and since there's not going to be any mail Monday, I'm expecting them on Tuesday. And tomorrow, I'm going to Game Crazy. I usually don't find any new 2600, Lynx or Saturn games there, but there's always something to look at. I wish there was a Game Gear there so I could play the Game Gear games I bought for my Game Gear which doesn't work without the plug-in thing (which I'm now using on my Genesis which I fixed recently.) And the Blazers got their first victory on Wednesday. They're playing again today. And poor Seattle, or should I say Oklahoma City. The Blazers will be the only team in the Northwest, because NBA Commisioner David Stern says there will be no chance of Seattle getting another NBA team ever again. So all the Sonics fans will have to either root for the closer Blazers, or support the OKC Sonics, which doesn't really make much sense keeping the Sonics name, I suppose the Utah Jazz and the LA Lakers don't make much sense, either.

The Sonics are finally leaving?

(Time passes while I do a quick look at Yahoo Sports.)

I guess not yet. But they're still trying to.

Oh well, no great loss.

And I'm from Seattle originally. Our high school band even played at a couple of Sonics games. But I won't miss 'em.

They've just become a bunch of whiners about the whole Key Arena thing. The Arena was completely rebuilt just over 10 years ago. Getting a completely new stadium isn't going to make them suck any less, or make the city any more interested in watching them lose.
