End-of-year Lynx review (2007)
It snowed on Xmas day! It didn't stick, though. It was cool to see snow on Christmas Day, albeit only a couple hours worth. I think I ate too much and am afraid to step on the scale! So I won't weigh myself for a few days (even though I don't really care how much I weigh.) And now, to the topic of my blog.
On May 5, I got my Lynx at Game Crazy and along with it, three games (Calif. Games, Toki and Baseball Heroes). Since then, I've got 33 more, all from the internet. Here are my favorites for 2007:
1. Block Out
2. Pinball Jam
3. Shanghai
4. Qix
5. Switchblade II
In 2008, my new year's resolution is to double my Lynx game collection to 72. It'll be hard, since I only have one more rarity 2 to get (Robo-Squash) to have all R1s and R2s. (I have Gates of Zendocon, but it's ridged (R5)). My next order will be sometime next week. I am definitely ordering RoboSquash (it looks fun and I played it on Handy and looks fun but hard.), but I don't know what else to get with it. And I hope to finally get my hands on Checkered Flag, the #1 game I want now that I got Block Out. Oh, and I also have about a dozen Atari 2600 games coming my way soon, so I'll be a busy beaver collecting Lynx games this year.
