Joining YouTube
I'm only planning to get an account on YouTube if
A.) I can get permission from enough people to post their ads on it, and
B.) If I can get it to work correctly.
So that means going around asking various companies of those who advertise on KWVT (which you can count using one hand) and KWVT themselves. I e-mailed (annoyed) Mike, the owner (co-owner?) of the network a lot, and he's a nice guy, so I e-mailed him asking permission to use a station identification piece. I imagine it would be a lot easier here in Salem than asking around advertisers up in Portland. And I'll be true to my word, too. If they say I can't, I won't post anything up there (I just won't get the account.) I'll be mad, but I won't. And I don't know why they wouldn't want the ads up on the net. It'd probably mean more business. We'll just wait to see what Mike says before I ask anyone else. The only reason I'm asking permission from people is because I don't want to show up in court. (I know I probably wouldn't anyway, but I just want to make sure because I don't wanna go to jail. Hey, it could happen.)
