Brr!

I really should be thankful I don't live in places like the Great Lakes region or the mid U.S., where apparently the highs are in the single digits. But it seems like the Pacific Northwest won't escape the cold Arctic air mass this time, as the first part of the week's lows are supposed to be low 20s and teens, and highs will struggle to get above freezing. Unfortunately, there is no chance of any snow as it will be dry. I wanted it to be this way in like September, but I'm sick of it. I wish it was summer again. Then I could sit in front of the fan and not be cold. I usually say to mommy "It's cold, make it not cold." like she has the power to. The cold air mass is supposed to come in tonight and last until Wednesday (i'm talking like it's not cold already.) Oh well, it's like there's nothing I can do about it. Like Mark Twain said: "Lots of people complain about the weather but nobody does anything about it."

Yep, it's been cold. My brother lives in Nekoosa, in central Wisconsin, and their high yesterday was -3, with a low of -17.

We got down to the 30s last night, which is plenty cold for Houston.
