What's In a Name?

My sister Stacie and her boyfriend John are still wondering what a good name for their baby boy that's due in September is. Seeing as how John is a Monty Python fan (as am I), I suggested Ausfernschplendenschlittercrasscrenbonfrieddiggerdingledangledongledungleburstein-vonknackerthrasherapplebangerhorowitzticolensicgranderknottyspelltinklegrandlich-grumblemeyerspelterwasserkurtslichhimbleeisenbahnwagengutenabendbitteinnurnburger-bratwustlegerspurtenmitzweimachluberhundsfutgumberabershonendanker-

kalbsfeischmittleraucher Von Hautkopft of Ulm.

Either that, or Karl Gambolputty Miller. ;) Don't know if John ever got my message, though. Just a bit of fun. Well, anyway, they want something unusual, seeing as how the baby has the last name of Miller. I want Arthur Twosheds Miller (another Monty Python joke). Either that or something that starts with an unusual letter. Like Zeus, or Xavier, Zachary, or maybe even Zyzz. I want to rename myself Zyzz Zyzzyx so I can be the last person in the phone book, but going through all the trouble of hiring a lawyer and then having said lawyer laugh at me is too stupid. Just so you know, I suggested Nolan at one point (think Bushnell), and she gave it some thought. Don't know if it's still "in the running" or not. Too bad it wasn't a girl, as I would have suggested the name Bertha.

Why don't they call him Tim the enchanter?

Whenever somebody asks his name he can say "There are some who call me ... Tim."

If they are having trouble, why not wait until he's born?

A name will just pop up in a very short time and it is highly likely to fit better than some name just picked too.

Never understood the pressure to name somebody we don't even know yet!
