Well, it's been the third consecutive day with no mail whatsoever. Mom called to see why we haven't been getting any. So we now have a "case number" with the post office. And I had just bought a package from eBay that should have come by now and it's not the seller's fault. How I explain this to him is way beyond me. Maybe the stupid post office should not change things and have them kept the way they were before instead of trying to "improve" service.UPDATE: The mail finally did come (at about 5pm). I don't know why there was no junk mail on Tuesday, which is usually junk mail day here.
