In a Pig's Eye

So I got this 2disc album, a bootleg of Pink Floyd called "In A Pig's Eye". On disc 2, it has Shine On You Crazy Diamond parts I-V on one track and parts VI-X on another. So what I did is blended them together with Audacity, creating one 33-minute long track of Shine On You Crazy Diamond. That is what I'm listening to right now. I have never heard that particular song before, and it's quite good, just like all the rest of Pink Floyd's works, but my favorite is still the song Atom Heart Mother. The CD quality is good for a bootleg. It says it was recorded live on July 2, 1977 @ Madison Square Gardens [sic]. I was not born then. Man, if Pink Floyd was alive when I was a teenager I would have been so thrilled, I like '60s and '70s music more than the garbage they put out now that's mostly hip-hop and tweenybopper crap. The only current artist I like is Beck, and he hasn't put anything out since 2008. He should get back in the recording studio and make another album. I also like Dream Theater, but not as much as Beck. They're still talking about a chance of snow flurries tonight. I'm looking at the 5-day forecast and lows in the teens tomorrow and Monday night. Brr!

The Floyd are still around, just not doing much together these days. Dave Gilmour and Roger Waters still tour from time to time (not together obviously). Search on either of those names and you might be surprised what you find.
