The Keyboard is the Key to Over 50 games!

Well, right now it's way more than 50 what with all the homebrew efforts lately. I said I would reveal my next Odyssey2 project on my fourth anniversary of joining videopac.nl forums. It just so happens that it's tomorrow. I'm glad it wasn't a couple days ago because I'd be SOL because the game hasn't been working like I've wanted it to be. But I think I've fixed everything that needed to be fixed and will post my latest creation over there at 12:01am my time - August 24. I think I've given away the title on this blog here before, but now comes the real test - to see if anyone actually LIKES the game I've been stressing out over programming lately. Ooh, I got so mad at the computer because it keeps on disobeying my commands I've put into it. For the longest time, I was wondering why it wasn't listening to a certain command. As it turns out (over a few days later of fiddling with the code), I needed to make a "movx" a "mov"! So frustrating! Also, I got three real awesome (and small!) Odyssey2 game catalogs, hence the title of the blog entry, which is on the cover of one. I kinda feel sorry for Mr. Averett, who had to design pretty much each and every game in the early days of Odyssey2. I'd wonder what he thinks of today's homebrew games, and the state of Odyssey2 homebrewing today...

Your welcome on the catalogs. :) I've always like those little booklets. As for Mr. Averett, from what I read on the guy, he enjoyed writing O2 games - thus I wouldn't feel too sorry for the guy. He did Pick Axe Pete, so he's good in my book! Would be interesting to see what he does think of those doing homebrew games though.
