nathanallan
Kind of on-topic for this thread, what's a good compatible controller for the 7800? The prolines I have are all worn out, and the generic one that is a proline lookalike has both buttons wired into one. PM me if this is too off topic. Nathan The best option is to repair the Pro Lines. Mine were plumb all wore inside when I got them, so I added an additional cardboard spacer in between the centering foam piece and the white plastic part that actuates the contacts. They work awesome now. Aside from that, see if you can get hold of a Radica Space Invaders and make it compatible with the 7800. Kinda proud of myself, I used half a spring from a click pen. The button works great now even if the rest of it is kinda worn out. Thanks for the tip! adolescent
Yes, they are very good. (I never had one back in the day, but they have a good feel...) Check Software Hut (www.softhut.com), they are the US distributor of Individual Computers products. Their website hasn't been updated recently but they might have them in stock.
