flashjazzcat
Since the trackball pictured is a drop-in replacement for the ST mouse, it already works with the GOS. Any device which works differently will require a driver, but that's hardly a problem since the drivers for human input devices are generally rather simple to write.

+Larry
Does the Last Word (or any other productivity app.) support a mouse? And I also seem to remember a mouse adapter by Mytek. (??)

In the meantime, the GOS work-in-progress version itself is fun to play around with. With @mytek's mouse adapter as implemented on the XEL and XLD boards, the mouse functions like an Atari Trak-Ball. That means you can play Missile Command and several other TB-enabled games with your mouse.
