Pinball for the NES, pretty sure you just keep playing until you are out of balls. No real ending, just play for a highscore. I'm sure a ton of NES and older games have no endings. Anybody else have this problem? I haven't played that far into TIE Fighter yet, but I know I've been unable to win the very last mission in X-Wing -- I think because my CPU is too fast, and something in the mission never activates when it should. I had a similar problem in an earlier mission, but using Mo'slo and cranking the percentage way down let me get by it. However, since that time I've started using DOSbox for a different game (Pirates! Gold), and it works extremely well. So, I think if I reconfigure my install of X-Wing to work thru DOSbox, it should work right. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I used to have the same thing happen in Space Quest IV >_< I only ended up beating it because of a glitch that let me skip past the guards.
