AtariDude Posted September 8, 2002 Share Posted September 8, 2002 Hi everyone, I know that a few of you have gone to different classic gaming expos like Philly Classic, CGE and several others. Besides the money for food and a possible hotel stay, what is the amount of money for items would you recommend that someone should bring with them to such a show? I have never gone to one but I am plannning to go to one of them one day and wanted to get a ball park figure on how much I should considering bringing with me. Thanks for your help! But I took about $1K to CGE and didn't have any trouble getting rid of it. Toward the end of the show I noticed that even though everything was discounted, there was nothing left that I even remotely wanted. I'd say take a grand, prepare to spend it all, and if you don't then pretend that you found what was left and spend it on drinks or sushi.
