Help: Dropped my 5200, busted plastic pieces

Like a complete dimwit, I dropped the 5200 onto the floor yesterday, which busted the plastic controller bay lid right off. Also busted the plastic cover on the front of the console. Anyone have these parts loose, because the system is fine? Or even another 2-port that's missing the board inside? Should I just try Best Electronics, or wait for a cheap one on ebay?

Ouch, that sucks! Wish I had what you need, I like helping people when stuff goes wrong but all I have is 2600 parts.

I'd buy the board out of it from you so your not at a total loss and can get a little towards your replacement 5200 if you like? I only need the board as I only want it for testing carts with. The shell means nil to me.

Yeah, my wife moved some stuff, and the 5200 fell over... she won't take the blame, but we all know the truth.

 

Shawn, you want my MB you got it make me a PM offer, the next guy is in line first though. Exact same deal, cover and top plastic damage.

Can't, need to keep my options open in case I find a 2-port with a good case but bad board.
